How do we confirm and pay?
We confirm via email, this is to avoid any miscommunications.  We will require 25-50% deposit at the time of confirmation.  The balance is required in full prior to setting up unless pre-arranged.  Deposits can be taken as cheque or direct credit, sorry no credit card facilities.

How much notice is required?
We prefer as much notice as possible, especially if your event is during the weekend. However we are sometimes able to take short notice bookings subject to availability.  Why not call and check with us?

What do you mean by clean, flat, level ground?
Any of our equipment that has an inflatable mat requires clean, flat, level ground. This is particularly imperative for the bull to ensure safety for your users and to protect our equipment.
The area must:
-  be free of sharp rocks and sticks
-  No hills (slight or otherwise)
-  be dry, (no puddles, streams or rivers please)
Be honest, we want you to be able to have safe fun.
What are your prices?
These differ from job to job due to variables such as distance, length of event, number of operators required, etc.  You will get what you pay for, therefore if it's the lowest rate you're looking for, you may need to look else where.  The best thing to do is contact us for a personalised quote, you may even be pleasantly surprised.  Total Entertainment will not jeopardise your once in a lifetime event over price, but we guarantee to provide the best service possible to ensure the success of your special occaision.
All bookings are for a minimum of a constant 2 hour period, this does not include set up and pack down time.

What about our safety?    
All equipment is designed to be as safe as possible, it is subjected to regular servicing and annual testing.  Each promotion is run by experienced operatives who are ambulance trained and carry comprehensive first aid kits.

Can we have a promotion inside?
Absolutely, provided the area is large enough for your particular choice.

Can we have a promotion outdoors?
Definitely, grass is preferable but we can utilise almost any surface.  Ground must be clear of small rocks and sharp stones as they may pierce the mats and halt your fun.

Can we have the equipment overnight?
Only if supplied with our operatives.

Do we have to take our shoes off when using the inflatables?
Yes.  Shoes, food, drinks and sharp objects are not allowed on any of our inflatables.

Do we have to wear the protective gear?
Yes.  Health and safety guidelines won't let us operate otherwise, and we do not want to compromise your safety.

How long do you need to set up?
This varies depending upon the promotion, but up to one hour prior to the start of your event, normally at no extra charge.
This means we will turn up early enough to set up before your start time... Book us at 8 to start at 8.

What kind of lighting is included?
Multi-coloured, multi-patterned, intelligent disco effects lighting that moves and pulses to the beat of the music.

What will the DJ wear?
Tidy casual to formal - feel free to contact us for specific requests.

What kind of music do you play?

We cater for all ages and musical tastes.  From country to rock 'n' roll, the latest in club music to hits throughout the ages, you can stipulate the music you want to hear, talk to our booking manager today.

Will you play requests?
We sure will.

Can I speak to the DJ before the function?
Yes, of course!
